Singer Yemi Alade and international singer Ed Sheeran have spotted in a video arguing on which country prepares tasty Jollof rice.

The Nigerian songstress could be heard screaming on top of her voice tying to convince Ed Sheeran that Nigerian jollof tastes better than Ghana Jollof.

Yemi Alade’s face changed when the American superstar Ed Sheeran said he prefers Ghana Jollof to that of Nigeria even though he hasn’t tasted it.

This happened over the weekend when Yemi Alade met with the British singer at the London 2021 Earthshot Prize Awards Ceremony.

Ed Sheeran said that the issue of Ghana Jollof and Nigerian Jollof should not be debated because Ghana Jollof is the best.

Yemi Alade pushed furtherfor Ed Sheeran to choose between the two sets of Jollofs but she was disappointed.

“I think I prefer Ghanaian Jollof,” he said. Reacting to his comment, the ‘Johny’ singer took to Instagram to share the video to say that “so @teddysphotos Started arguing about Ghanaian and Nigerian Jollof 😆😅 (he hasn’t eaten Nigerian Jollof yet oo, the battle hasn’t been won)“.
