Kumawood Actress Joyce Boakye has caused a scene during the celebrity meeting with IGP Dampare.
The actress was one of the guests who responded to the call from the IGP to meet at the Police Headquarters
The meeting saw celebrities including Van Vicker, Mercy Asieduaa, Abeiku Santana, Afia Schwar, Agya Koo, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Samini and many others in the Creative Art Industry.

Apparently, the meeting has come to a close and luckily all the celebrities are good to go, including Shatta Wale who actually caused a scene at the police headquarters whilst the meeting was ongoing.
Also Kumawood drama queen, Joyce Boakye fearlessly teased the IGP after the meeting.
In a video sighted by GhanaCelebrities.Com, Joyce Boakye is seen videoing IGP Dampare who was having a private conversation with Actress Mercy Asiedu.
