Kennedy Agyapong, the Member of Parliament for Assin Central, has demanded for damages in the sum of $9.5m in his defamation suit against Kelvin Taylor.
Kennedy has sued the U.S based Ghanaian loudmouth journalist for defamation and is going big with his demands for damages.
According to his lawsuit, a copy of which has been sighted by GhanaCelebrities.Com, Kennedy is demanding for compensatory damages to the tune of $9,500,000.

He’s also seeking punitive damages of $350,000 and legal fees in addition.
The man is going big against Taylor!
Agyapong has filed suit against the loudmouth Taylor in Virginia District Court.
His lawsuit mentions numerous attacks that Kelvin Taylor has rained on him throughout the years including alleging he’s behind the killing of Ahmed Suale and calling him a drug dealer, thief and fraudster.
His lawyers claim the attacks have made him suffer a loss of reputation and even cost him some huge business deals!
They detail three counts against Taylor including defamation, defamation per se and violating Virginia’s Computer Crimes Act.
Agyapong’s lawyers have requested a jury trial.
