I’ll Sue You For This Foolish Caption – Samini Threatens Ghanaweb

Ghanaian dancehall musician Samini has had enough of blogs twisting his words up and vowed to take legal actions against an online portal, GhanaWeb.

The musician was not pleased that the blog misinterpreted a statement he made about two of his colleagues.

An article written by the blog stated that Samini claimed Kofi Kinaata, his protege Stonebwoy and Kaakie owed their success in music to him and must pay homage to him.

The High-Grade Family Boss was quoted to have said his mentorship and support made these stars what they are today and that no one can dispute that fact.

After coming across the article, Samini expressed his disappointment in such bias writing in the caption used by the news portal.

He denied the assertion from the blog that the afore-mentioned musicians owed their achievements in music to his mentorship and must respect him.

Samini explained that he never said all that was written but only stated that no A-list artist in Ghana can boast of supporting young musicians more than what he has done.

He dared Ghanaians to prove him otherwise by mentioning another A-list artist who has mentored other artiste more than he has.

Samini took to his Twitter page to inform Ghanaweb to gear up for a lawsuit for using a foolish caption that seeks to spite others against him.

He wrote; Dear @TheGhanaWeb I’m highly disappointed in you for this foolish Caption. I said “ no A list artist has done what I’ve done when it comes to supporting the young ones and the I can wait for anyone to show me another act like me I’ll sue you for this caption. Prepare. Thanks
