Wendy Shay aka ‘Ghana Wake Up’ has promised to win Ghana a Grammy in 2022 – but no one is buying her fake bravado.
The RuffTown Records star has taken to Twitter to post one of her usual attention-seeking tweets and netizens are making sure to pay her back in kind.
According to the ‘Uber Driver’ hitmaker, she is going to get Ghana a Grammy this year.

Shay took to her Twitter handle to post this empty boast which we all know has 0% chance of happening.
She wrote: “2022 is the year of Grammys I’m bringing it to the motherland Watch me !”
Fans are used to Wendy making such huge pronouncements to no end.
Was it not this same lady who told us she was becoming born again?
It didn’t take her two weeks to go back to her old life of debauchery – so we know she can make noise for no reason.
Fans jumped into the comments to lash out at her claim.
According to one netizen, winning a Grammy is not a matter of having huge hips and bum.
