Medikal Demands For His Gun, Nana Romeo Testify Against Jesus Ahuofe Plus All That Happened At Shatta-Medikal Court Hearing

Ghanaian entertainers Charles Nii Armah Mensha Jnr aka Shatta Wale and Samuel Frimpong also known as Medikal appeared before the court once again to continue their trail.

The two were arraigned before the court in October 2021 accused of different crimes and were remanded into prison custody at the Ankaful maximum prison for a while.

On Tuesday, January 25, 2022, Medikal and Shatta Wale were arraigned before the court and a lot transpired that GhanaCelebrities.com reports captured.

Alice Nimako Debrah, counsel of Medikal, told the court that her client had not been served with the processes and disclosures necessary to mount a proper defense and as such is pleading with the court to issue an order directing the police to release the rapper’s gun to him.

The court, presided over by His Honour Emmanuel Essandoh, however directed lawyers of Medikal to prepare a formal application for the release of the gun.

Shatta wale’s sister and Nana Romeo has also been dragged into the case of Dancehall musician Shatta Wale and Jesus Ahuofe.

The prosecution is seeking the sister of Shatta wale who according to reports, reported the incident of Shatta’s shooting to the police at the East Legon Police station.

Although cousel for Shatta wale, Mr Jerry Avenorgbo raised a point against the prosecution, Shatta sister is being treated as a suspect in the case.

Nana Romeo on the other hand will be testifying against Jesus Ahuofe, the prophet who predicted the death of Shatta Wale and started the entire hoax.

The Prosecutor, Chief Inspector Dennis Terkpetey, asked the court for an extension of time to file processes, disclosures, and witness statements and serve them on the accused.

The request for the extension of time for the prosecution to file their processes was also granted with the case rescheduled for February 15, 2022.
