Why Did You Do Your Bum Outside Since Obengfo is There? – Netizen Blasts Serwaa Amihere After Asking Why the Speaker Flew Abroad for Treatment

A social media user descended on Serwaa Amihere after she asked a pretty sensible question over why the speaker is seeking treatment abroad.

In the short space of about three months, Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin has flown out to Dubai a couple of times to seek treatment for his health.

He spent a while there on his first trip then returned to Ghana for a short while and is already going back again!

A flabbergasted Serwaa Amihere jumped on social media to query why Ghana’s speaker would always travel abroad for treatment.

“Isn’t there any hospital in Ghana that can take care of the Speaker? Are our hospitals that bad?” Serwaa wrote on Twitter.

Immediately, the trolls came out for her as they usually do.

Serwaa can scarcely share any opinion without vitriolic clap backs and this was no exception.

One fan jumped into her replies and hit back: “Why did you choose to do your a** in other country whiles there’s Obengfo in Ghana?” she asked.

Well, for one, it’s not clear that Serwaa has actually had any work done on her backside.

Two, if Serwaa did any such thing, it would be her own money and not the public’s money.

We can all complain about the public’s money being squandered by our leaders whether we have Obengfo bum or Turkish bum or even a natural bum.

It’s our right as Ghanaians.
