Numerous Ghanaian celebrities have shown up in droves to show support at the funeral of the father of George Quaye.

The veteran actor and ex-Charterhouse PRO is holding the final rites for his late father today.

The all-white celebration of life has numerous Ghanaian celebs in attendance to show full support to Quaye.

Celebrities spotted at the funeral grounds include Samini, Sarkodie, Adjetey Annan, Mzvee, Pattington Papa Nii Papafio, Kwadwo Oppong Nkrumah and many others.

A longtime Charterhouse communicator, actor, radio presenter and event executive, George Quaye lost his dad at the tail end of last year.

George announced the passing of the late Emmanuel Quaye on January 7th and promised to celebrate his passing.

“It’s been a week Hard to mourn you knowing I ought to celebrate you…You lived, you loved, you served! And these you did very well! But the thoughts…Knowing you are gone not to be seen till after we join….Knowing all we’ve got now are memories and thoughts we cannot ignore…These and more are what make the eyes begin to pour…They keep saying, “it is well” I keep asking, “is it…will it ever be?” #ripdad” he wrote.
