Some Ghanaians have lambasted comedienne Afia Schwar for chasing politicians in the country for money to bury her father.

Afia Schwar has been on the neck of many politicians in Ghana for support since her father passed last month.

She mention the names of party executives and political leaders and questioned why they are not forthcoming when she had sacrificed a lot for them.

Fans are calling Afia Schwar an opportunist who wants to make a fortune from the death of her father.

Their comments came after Afia Schwar took to social media to claim she regretted wasting her time and life to follow politicians who have abandoned her when she needed their help.

Afia Schwar has recorded a couple of videos calling out the ruling political party NPP for not supporting her during her father’s funeral after all the sacrifices she has made.

Her most recent video was on TikTok where she revealed how disappointed she feels for believing in the words of politicians.
