A beautiful and by all accounts lively 29-year-old Ghanaian lady has sadly died during childbirth, losing her child as well.
The shocking news of the lady’s death has taken social media by storm and led to people pouring out their grief.
Louisa Akorfa Afenyah, 29, was reportedly pregnant with a child.
She was a lively social media presence with roughly 2,000 followers alongside thousands more friends.
Being that young, no one expected her going to give birth to turn into an issue.
However, as we have seen many times in Ghana, the simplest things can often turn deadly.
Reports indicate that she died in the labour ward during childbirth, losing both her life and her baby’s life.
There are no details on what happened or which hospital she went to but her death has sparked an outpouring of grief.
One friend wrote: “Louisa why have you left us left us so soon 😭😭💔😭”

It is very sad news indeed, considering her age and the fact even her baby could not be saved.
