Sadly, there isn’t much trailblazing content on her Instagram account that promotes her status as Ghana’s best female rapper.
On a positive note, we share photos of 4 credible awards she has won both locally and on the international stage.
Ghanaians have waited patiently to see her break through the clutter with that one song that cuts across all manner of music lovers.
Indeed, she has had some songs that have done well, but frankly, she shows no clear focus on her career and currently going with the flow.
Unfortunately, many of her fellow musicians can be described in the same way, so keep in mind that the purpose of this editorial is not to isolate or slander her.
Known professionally by her stage name Eno Barony, Ruth Eno Adjoa Amankwah Nyame Adom is her government name.
Born in Tema, Accra, she released her debut single, “Wats Ma Name”, and also “Tonga”, the remix of the track “Tonga” by Joey B ft. Sarkodie in 2014, which lifted her into the limelight.
Congratulations are in order for her honours, and we hope to see more of them soon.
