Five Musicians Who Are Super Talented but Struggle to Get the Attention of Ghanaians – Worlasi Is a Gem

The music industry of Ghana is an incubator of a mix of generational talents, many of whom have already had their break.

In another breadth, many more such mainstream talents are working hard, switching genres and adapting to the trends for their break.

We share the names and brief biographies of five incredible talents who can’t seem to win over Ghanaians in this editorial.

In no particular order, here are five Ghanaian musicians lacking the support of Ghanaians for their craft.

Akwaboah 

Gladstorm Kwabena Akwaboah Jnr., known by his stage name Akwaboah Jnr, is a Ghanaian singer-songwriter and producer.

Akwaboah hails from Mampong Beposo. He wrote, “Daa Ke Daa” for Becca and “Ayeyi Ndwom” for DSP Kofi Sarpong.

Kojo Cue

Linford Kennedy Amankwaa, better known by his stage name Ko-Jo Cue, is a Ghanaian Hip-Hop/Afro-Pop artiste from Kumasi, Ashanti Region.

He is currently signed to BBnZ Live and affiliated with The Cue, a talent development group he formed with producer Peewezel.

Worlasi

Worlasi, born and raised as Worlasi Langani in Agbozume in the Volta Region of Ghana, is a musician and a painter.

Worlasi’s interest in music started while listening to the radio and sampling the beats of songs he felt didn’t quite meet high standards.

B4Bonah

Fredrick Amoako Bonah, known in the music industry as B4Bonah, is a Ghanaian Hip-Hop artiste.

He was born on the 26th day of October and is a Tema based Rapper, songwriter and performing artiste. His genre of music is mainly Hip Hop and Afrobeat.

Feli Nuna

Felicia Nuna Akosua Tawiah, better known by her stage name Feli Nuna is a Ghanaian rapper, singer, songwriter, director and producer.
