Psalm Adjetefio Biography
Psalm Adjetefio was a Ghanaian actor, presenter and professional teacher who became famous after playing the lead in the hit 90’s show Taxi Driver.
He became known as TT throughout the rest of his life due to his acting in Taxi Driver.
Adjetefio sadly died of heart failure on April 8th 2022 at his residence in Accra, Ghana.
Psalm was born in Accra, Ghana in 1948.
He is a Ga, a member of the Ga-Adangbe tribe which populates the coastal Greater Accra Region.
TT started off his career as a professionally trained teacher.
He worked at the PRESEC staff schools where he taught the students Ga.
He later transitioned into acting which is where he became popular.

Adjeytefio was born in 1948. He died at age 74.

During his teaching days, Psalm got the opportunity to become an actor after a chance encounter with a friend.
The friend recommended TT to producer Emmanuel Appiah, who cast him on the show in 1998 at a rate of Ghc 10 per episode.
Taxi Driver became a national hit and is loved to this day.
Adjeteyfio starred on the hit show alongside Henry Harding aka Papa Nii, Mikki Osei Berko aka Master Richard and George Quaye aka Aboagye, amongst others.
He also starred in another popular series, Ultimate Paradise.

The veteran actor was married to his lovely wife with kids but decided to leave her and chase a demon, in his words.
“I left my matrimonial home and followed this lady to Cape Coast to seek greener pastures. I didn’t know I was going after a demon,” he revealed in an interview.
Adjetefio said his kids were maltreated by the woman, making him have a difficult relationship with them as adults.

The actor’s eldest son Ezruah came into the public consciousness recently during his begging spree.
He claimed he bought a used taxi for him to work with in response to critics asking him how he squandered the Ghc 50,000 donation from the Vice President.

The condition rendered him sick for several years now and eventually lead to his death.
