Nana Abena Korkor has opined that the new and refined Sarkodie tastes and looks better than the old him people used to love.
The mental health advocate made this statement on the red carpet of the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Award held yesterday at the Accra International Conference Center.
Speaking in an interview on the Red Carpet, Abena Korkor refuted claims that Sarkodie’s skill and musical prowess have taken a nosedive.
She told the interviewee that it is wrong to claim the king is not vibrant as he used to be and added that Sarkodie has evolved and is now a refined rapper.
Abena Korkor added that she has pledged her undying support for Sarkodie and will defend him till the casket because she is a Tema girl and people from Tema always stick together.

Sarkodie on the other hand, walked away with the Best Hiplife/Hip-hop Artiste of the Year award at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards but lost the overall Artiste of the Year award to lynx Entertainment’s KiDi.
