Barcelona forward and international footballer Memphis Depay had touched down in Ghana and received a rousing welcome at the Kotoka International Airport.
The top footballer is not new in the country, he frequents the motherland to visit his parent and monitor projects he is working on.

Memphis Depay was treated as a king when he touched down at the Kotoka International Airport by a traditional dance troop.
The movement to the rhythm of the drums caught the player’s interest and he joined the group to dance as well.

It is unclear why the Barcelona star came to Ghana at this time but with the European season coming to an end and the UEFA Nations League on break, Memphis Depay hasthe right opportunity to tour.
Rumors from unconfirmed sources say Memphis is in talks with the GFA to play for the Blackstars this world cup.
Other sources claim the player visited to monitor his projects at his hometown in Central Region.
