Beyonce Knew Me Before Shatta Wale, She Came To Greet Me At The BET Awards – Sarkodie Brags In New Video

Sarkodie has gotten netizens talking after claiming that Beyonce knew him way before Shatta Wale – hell, she came up to him to greet him!

The rapper made his claim during an interview with the South African podcast, Podcast and Chill, hosted by media personality MacG.

Sarkodie told MacG that he met Beyonce at one of the numerous BET awards he attended, way before Beyonce worked on Lion’s King: The Gift with many African stars including Ghana’s Shatta Wale.

Per his narration, Beyonce walked up to him whilst he was sitting down chilling at the show.

Sarkodie says Beyonce stood before him and acknowledged him with a nod, but he felt there was no way in the world Beyonce was greeting him.

Sarkodie looked back to see who she was greeting but there wasn’t anyone behind him, so he looked back at Beyonce, who nodded again.

The superstar singer then shook her head and walked away.

Sarkodie says he’s kept this story to himself for a long time because he knows Ghanaians will troll him if he ever speaks up but Ice Prince can vouch for him.

Sark was right about the trolling because Ghanains are already mocking him for claiming Beyonce knew him in the video.

“Beyoncé greeted you k3k3 u dey take brag. 🤣 You be Jon passss 🤣,” one fan wrote.

“This guy can lie 😂,” another added.

Maybe, Sarkodie snubbing Beyonce is why she didn’t choose him for her album and chose Gbee Naabu instead.

That would be hilarious, if true – Sarkodie’s legendary arrogance coming back to bite him in the arse!
