Taylor Swift’s NYC home has become the centre of bizarre news as a man is scheduled to face stalking charges.
The 35-year-old New York man is facing trespassing and stalking charges after authorities said he entered two New York City residences.
The residences have been linked to the famed singer-songwriter Taylor Swift following investigations.
The offender, who was detained on Friday, July 1, according to the NYC Police, entered one of the residential properties.
The building he entered is located in the city’s Tribeca neighbourhood, on March 26.
Investigators have reported the stalker walked “through an unlocked door and remained unlawfully” before fleeing on foot when security told him to leave.
On June 12, the same man entered another residential building linked to Taylor Swift, located on the same street.
The stalker “made threats through the intercom toward a 32-year-old female.”
The spokesperson for the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Public Information explained how the man behaved.
The 32-year-old Swift has already dealt with alleged stalkers and has been worried ever since the story surfaced.
In 2018, police said a man broke into her Tribeca townhouse and took a nap.
That same year, a Colorado man was arrested outside a Beverly Hills home owned by Swift with a knife, a rope and ammunition.
