Nigerian singer Portable put himself in serious trouble after he recently said he is the Megamind behind two notorious gangs in Nigeria known for terrorizing parts of the country.
“Open your ears, Ajah boys and one million boys, I am the one that started it. Go and ask Sammy larry,” Portable had said in his native Yoruba in a video that was later deleted.
The One Million Boys became popular in 2020 when they terrorized residents who were forced to set up vigilante groups to defend their communities.
The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Usman Alkali Baba, in a statement released by Force Public Relations Officer, ordered the Lagos State Police Commissioner to launch a full-scale investigation into the claims made by the singer after the video went viral.
Portable has come out to explain he was misunderstood by people in an earlier video confessing to founding a gang of thugs famed as one million boys.
He vehemently denied speculations trending with claims that he only does music for a living and does not know any gang or cult group.

Portable also alleged in the video below that the political party APC is after him because of the money they paid him to join them during their campaign.
