John Legend’s Wife Chrissy Teigen Announces She Is Pregnant

John Legend is gearing up to become a father after his dear wife, Chrissy Teigen, announced that she is pregnant.

Chrissy is nervous about her doctor’s appointment, while the lovely couple are delighted about this new chapter in their lives.

Nonetheless, everything until now has been “perfect and beautiful.”

Legend’s wife, Teigen took to Instagram to show off her growing baby bump with a caption, “The last few years have been a blur of emotions, to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again. 1 billion shots later (in the leg lately, as u can see!) we have another on the way.”

Recounting a tragedy that struck John and Chrissy, they lost their son Jack to complications during Chrissy’s pregnancy.

This occurred in September 2020, and the couple struggled to deal with the loss until Chrissy’s subsequent pregnancy.

Sadly, the loss still has Chrissy shaken up.

However, with her new pregnancy, she says, “Every appointment I’ve said to myself, “ok if it’s healthy today I’ll announce” but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I’m just too nervous still.”

Chrissy further reveals, “I don’t think I’ll ever walk out of an appointment with more excitement than nerves but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful and I’m feeling hopeful and amazing. Ok phew it’s been very hard keeping this in for so long!”

The excited couple currently have two adorable children; a 6-year-old daughter, Luna, and a 4-year-old son, Miles.
