91-year-old Australian-American media mogul Rupert Murdoch is to pay his fourth wife millions of pounds – and give up two villas – after they finalised their looming divorce.
Jerry Hall and Murdoch were married for six years and their union has now been brought to an abrupt end.
In a joint statement released by the couple, the legal proceedings surrounding the divorce have been shelved and an agreement reached between all parties.

Deadline reports, Hall will receive the couple’s £11m Oxfordshire mansion known as Holmwood House and a villa in the South of France.
She’s also going to receive a multi-million-pound settlement, although the exact figure has yet to be released publicly.
This is Murdoch’s fourth divorce, meaning that he has shelved out a small fortune in divorce settlements throughout his long life.
He married Jerry Hall in 2016 when he was 85 and she was 60.

At the time, the News Corp owner described himself as “the luckiest AND happiest man in the world.”
Six years later it all ended in tears – plus a huge chunk of his fortune paying out yet another settlement!
