The woman testified that a lawyer for Songz’s alleged victim offered her up to $200,000 to change her story.

The lawsuit was filed by a woman named Jauhara Jeffries, who claims Trey Songz violated her at a 2017 New Year’s Eve party in Miami.

Another woman named Mariah Thielen testified that she met with Jeffries’ attorney, Ariel Mitchell, in April 2021 at a bar in Miami.

Thielen says Mitchell smelled like weed and carried a gun during the meeting.

According to a transcript, Thielen was with Jeffries the night of Trey’s alleged assault.

She says Mitchell offered to pay her between $100k and $200k to lie and say she witnessed Trey sexually assaulting Jeffries.

Furthermore, Ariel Mitchell allegedly asked Thielen to claim that Trey assaulted her too.

Thielen claims Mitchell’s intention was to forward her charges to Trey’s team in the hopes of reaching a financial settlement.

Ariel Mitchell banked on her lies to help make that amount larger.

Thielen claims she rejected the offer and would not have lied for even $10 million.
