Fast and furious actor and singer Tyrese has told his estranged wife he has no intention of paying spousal support.
Neither does he want to give out the keys to a Range Rover, but offers to part with one of their other SUVs.
Tyrese Gibson was in court for the hearing in his divorce case with Samantha Lee Gibson on Monday, 29th August 2022.
According to legal docs, Tyrese is looking to avoid sending Samantha monthly spousal support.
Furthermore, he wants to hang on to a 2016 Range Rover while offering to let her walk away with a less luxurious 2017 Land Rover Discovery.
Tyrese wants their prenup enforced and has requested joint physical and legal custody of their daughter, Soraya Gibson.
The actor also wants the final say on non-medical emergencies for their child.
Samantha filed in September 2020, claiming Tyrese had locked her out of the house, an accusation he denied.
She requested $20k in monthly child support, which Tyrese claimed was “unreasonably high.”
Lawyer for Tyrese, Tanya Mitchell Graham, grilled Samantha about her expenses from two years ago, including $1,740 for cosmetics.

So far, it’s been a nasty divorce, and Samantha has yet to react to Tyrese’s offer of no spousal support.
