Fake As Always – Sarkodie Issues Insincere Apology After Neglecting Nana Ampadu’s Funeral

Rap mo nyinaa King Kong, Sarkodie, has offered up an insincere and entirely useless apology after missing Nana Ampadu’s funeral.

Sarkodie on Saturday was doing f*ck all, but still conspired to miss the funeral of a musical legend he has admitted actually helped him out in the past.

After missing the funeral, he jumped on social media with a cooked-up apology.

According to him, he was aware of the funeral but still missed it due to no discernible reason.

“Ashamed and hurt for not making it to the Legend Nana Ampadu’s funeral … Uncle David Dontoh told me about it last Sunday… Crazy how I had it on my mind from then and still missed it 🤦🏿‍♂️but all the same Rest In Peace Grandpa May the almighty keep you safe 🙏🏿 No excuse makes sense to even myself missing all these legends funerals.. Need to do better 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿” he said.

Sarkodie’s reasons are inexplicable – he knew about the funeral, planned to go, but missed it anyway.

Sounds like someone who just couldn’t be bothered to leave his home!

Meanwhile, Nana Ampadu went home Saturday, October 8th, with his funeral attended by people less busy than Sarkodie such as President Nana Akufo-Addo, Alban Bagbin (Speaker of Parliament), Chief of Staff Akosua Frema Osei Opare, former First Lady Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings, Interior Minister Ambrose Dery and Alan Kyerematen (Trade and Industry Minister).
