The President of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Akufo-Addo also known in the entertainment fraternity as Addo D and affectionately called Show Boy has bagged an honorary doctorate degree from the University of Sorbonne, Paris, France.

Show Boy has unlookingly smiled for a picture to celebrate the occasion whilst Ghanaians back home cry for better living conditions.
The honor is to compliment the efforts of the President in ensuring peace within the West African Region and to applaud him for introducing Free Senior High School Education in Ghana.
The event has infuriated a lot of Ghanians who felt the President should have attended the event in absentia considering the economic hardship in the country presently.
In reaction to the Picture, scores called on Addo D to sell the certificate on ebay and use the money to support the economy.
Some are also of the view that, the University did not do enough research before the award. According to an Instagram user by name sweetnsassy1021, most of the reasons cited for the award have failed based on her perspective.

Well, whichever chapter of the book lamentations Fellow Ghanaians have decided to open, Show Boy, a.k.a Addo D is now Dr. D.
