Without a doubt, the most popular word this week is “former artiste,” courtesy of presenter Abeiku Santana, who got mauled all week.

You may recall he got attacked by MzBel and Nana Tonardo following an interview where he called the former a “former artiste.”

In the heat of events, Diamond Appiah took advantage of the situation to troll MzBel after dropping a lengthy message on her gram.

Next, a video revealed that Diamond Appiah used to dance for pay as part of MzBel’s team.

Diamond followed her post up with her side of that rumour, claiming she never worked as MzBel’s dancer.

Unfortunately, the rumour had already gained so much traction that everyone on social media acknowledged it.

To remedy the alleged damage to her ego, Diamond has since been monitoring MzBel, who has not responded to any of Diamond’s attacks.

Earlier today, Diamond dropped a video showing herself pointing to a “Former Artiste” label to mock MzBel.

While that seemed like a win, the irony is that, between herself and MzBel, she is more of a former act.

At least, MzBel has hits and a more recent hit song titled “Asibolanga,” which she used as her background song for her video.
