Shocking news just hit social media this evening as the little son of Nigerian singer Davido and fiancee Chioma has reportedly drowned.

Baby Ifeanyi is reported to have perished in a swimming pool at the family’s house in Lagos earlier today.

Popular Nigerian blog, Instablog 9ja, broke the news.

They wrote on social media: “Singer Davido loses son Nigerian Singer, Davido, has lost his 3 years old son, Ifeanyi. According to insiders report, the boy dr@wned today, inside the family’s swimming pool in Lagos.

“Little Ifeanyi was said to be underwater for a very long time before being spotted. He was immediately pulled out and rushed to Lagoon Hospital, where he was confirmed de@d on arrival.”

Neither Davido nor Chioma has yet to respond to the report.

Meanwhile, social media users are praying the news will not be true.
