21-Year-Old UEW Student Wins 2nd Edition Of Miss Hotlegs Ghana

Pamela Boatemaa, 21 years old student from the University of Education Winneba won the 2nd edition of Miss Hotlegs Ghana which was held at AMA last September, she also won the best talent and best evening wear.

Pamela Boatman better known by her stage name, Nhana Yhaa is from Apuapem Akuamfie in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

Pamela is an entrepreneur and specialises in bead making and sales of different types of beads accessories. Her hobbies include reading motivational books, mentoring young girls, and watching movies. She also has passion for modelling and pageantry.

Angela Sarpomaa emerged as the 1st Runner Up Angela is an entrepreneur, model and CEO of Angel’s Modelling Agency. She is from the Bono East region and an excellent model facilitator who has a passion for people development.

Patience Boaduwaa emerged as the 2nd Runner Up. Patience Boaduwaa ,21, from Sunyani-Odumase in the Bono Ahafu Region of Ghana.

Patience is deeply rooted in the richness of her culture and expresses this through street art-form. Her project, ‘Streetism’ combines dance, entertainment, modelling and other creative forms that help to express the depth of her roots and nuances of the culture in a modern way. As a woman of many hats, she prides herself as a hard and diligent worker.

Doh Benedicta emerged as the 3rd Runner Up and also won the public choice award. Doh is a talented 24 year old from the Volta Region of Ghana, passionate about the arts. Doh keeps her hands busy with painting, book binding, graphic designing and abstract design. She also loves to sing, draw, and is in constant pursuit of new knowledge to develop her artistic forms.

Currently, she is working on, “THE HANDS” project which aims to bring the love of art back to Africa and to inspire hope by creating job opportunities for the less privileged through the arts.

Charity Eghan emerged as the Top Model. Charity , a 22 year old Renewal Energy student at Takoradi Technical Uni͏v͏ersity is from Tarkwa, a district in the Western Region South West of South Ghana.

She is currently working on a project to reduce the high rate of teenage pregnancy in her community. Her hobbies and interests include modelling, reading, and traveling. She is a strong advocate for girls education and women’s causes.
