Joana Gyan, the wife of Andrew, one-half of the music group Keche, has signalled her intention to run for Parliament.
A wealthy businesswoman, flyers have popped up online indicating Joana intends to run for the position of Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central in the Western Region.
She plans to run on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Joana shared photos of her fliers on social media recently with the caption: “Vote for me please’.
Keche Andrew‘s wife is immensely wealthy and has been financing their careers for many years now.
Her primary business is mining, leaving some Ghanaians worried she would contribute to the menace of galamsey getting worse if voted into office.
Ater a blogger, thosecalledcelebs shared the photo of Gyan, one netizen left a poignant comment.
“They will turn all our lands into galamsey 😢,” the netizen wrote.
