Ghanaian songbird Wendy Shay is in the net of trolls over her supposed poor dressing.

Wendy Shay recently turned up for a program where she was billed to perform.

She went for Ayisha Modi’s coronation as the queen of Development for Sowutuom.

Ayisha Modi and her friend Gh-Mouthpiece were both enstooled as queens in Sowutuom.

Ayisha Modi is now referred to as Naa Adokailey Wopekupekui, whiles GH-Mouthpiece is Naa Lamiley Nsuonanui.

They were both enstooled as queen mothers for development for Sowutuom over the weekend.

Musician Wendy Shay was one of the few singers who performed during the program.

Ms Shay delivered and entertained the audience as she was billed to, however, her appearance for the show has rather become a social media topic.

Fans say she wore the wrong outfit for the program.

In fact, they claim the outfit is too cheap for a celebrity of her calibre and they are asking why she chose to wear a Togo dress!
