Veteran American actress Sheryl Lee Ralph beautifully modelled in royal Ghanaian kente cloth to the NAACP Image awards.

Ralph turned up at the show in the kente cloth designed by famous Ghanaian designers PistisGh.

Sheryl Lee Ralph wore the corseted kente gown to the 2023 NAACP Image awards held the night of Saturday, February 25th 2023 at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in California.

Ralph revealed her Ghanaian designers spent over 1,000 getting the beaded gown ready.

“How proud and happy we are to introduce you to Pistis Ghana Limited. The husband and wife team of Kabutey and Sumaiya who spent 1000 hours constructing this gown of beaded royal Kente cloth for me @naacpimageaward,” she wrote.

This comes a few weeks after Ghanaian-American actress, Grace Duah, similarly modelled kente to the premiere of Gossip Girl season 2.
