A Ghanaian teacher is trending after reportedly losing Ghc 40,000 meant for his mother’s hospital bills on aviator sports betting.
The unidentified teacher received the loan from a bank to settle his sick mother’s hospital bills but decided to double it via the dangerous aviator gambling game.
His greed ended up being his undoing as he lost all the money – his mother ended up dying from her illness.
Ghanaian politician Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, CEO of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme, revealed the stunning story on Facebook.

So this teacher went for Gh¢40,000 bank loan. His mother wasn’t feeling well so he wanted to use part of the loan for his mother’s medical expenses. A friend of his recommended aviator to him and how he can make about Gh¢5000 within few seconds, and add it to his 40,000 loan. He was very impressed.
