Nigerian acting legend Saint Obi has sadly died after a protracted battle with illness, reports in Nigeria have confirmed.
Saint Obi died earlier this week after battling the same ailment for the past two years. He was 57 years old.
According to reports, Saint Obi had relocated from his base back to Jos in Plateau State for treatment to no avail.
He had been in and out of hospital the past two years seeking treatment but he unfortunately could find no relief.
His body has been deposited at the morgue at Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH).

Obinna Nwafor (born November 16, 1965 popularly known as Saint Obi, was a Nigerian actor, film producer and film director.
Saint Obi is known for his roles in Candle Light, Sakobi, Goodbye Tomorrow, Heart of Gold, Festival of Fire, Executive Crime and Last Party.
