Ghanaian actress Sheena Gakpe has stirred a controversy after denying claims of dating Nana Ama McBrown’s husband, Maxwell.

In an interview on 3FM, she noted she has no relationship with Maxwell Mensah.

Sheena Gakpe revealed after she was asked to speak on any form of controversy about her in the public domain.

She revealed a report surfaced on a blog last year that she was dating Actress Nana Ama McBrown’s husband.

According to her, she has seen Maxwell once in her whole life. She noted she saw him at A-Plus’ birthday but she didn’t speak to him or exchanged pleasantries with him and so she doesn’t know why rumours of them dating popped up.

However, fans are lashing out at her following her interview because they believe it’s an attempt to trend using McBrown. They believe she is making up a story to trend.

‘Is it not any rumor, she wants to ride on the fame and popularity of McBrown to just trend and gain followers’
