Diamond Appiah has been exposed over having a mental illness alleged to be delusions of grandeur.
Over the past week or so, Diamond has been trending after being exposed big time by her former friend, Naana Brown.
In a series of leaked audios, Diamond is heard gossiping about almost everyone in the country.

Her obsessive need to gossip and behaviour she’s put up in the past including claiming to be a billionaire and flauntig businesses she clearly doesn’t own, has led to some social media experts diagnosing her with a mental disorder.
Reacting to Diamond’s case, one netizen said: “There’s something called grandiosity. It’s one common characteristic among people with mental disabilities…it cocurs mostly in people that are delusional…it sometimes makes them feel like they are the President of MP. They most assume outrageous titles for themselves,”
Looking at Diamond who calls herself a billionaire with zero evidence backing it, there can be no doubt she suffers such a disease.
Reacting to the post, one netizen said Diamond clearly has the same illness as Dr UN!
