MC Yaa Yeboah Blasts ‘Incompetent’ FDA Over Claim they Cannot Regulate Products or Charms that Make Spiritual Claims

Media personality MC Yaa Yeboah has slammed the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) over its claim that it does not regulate products that make spiritual claims.

According to MC Yaa Yeboah, even if a product makes spiritual claims it’s still a physical product that people are consuming and therefore that physical product must be certified as safe or at the very least harmless before people are allowed to patronize it!

After the FDA announced the arrest of Fella Makafui for selling unlicensed and unregistered products, social media users started calling out other influencers to the FDA including Yaa Jackson, Hajia Bintu and others.

Bintu was called out over her advertisement of a ‘kayanmata’ product, as the Nigerians would call it – or love potions.

However, the FDA replied the person that they only check physical products and cannot check the efficacy of a spiritual product.

That led MC Yaa Yeboah to angrily drag the agency.
