Jamie Palmer, a teacher with Springer Elementary school in Rockwall ISD in Texas has been accused of allegedly molesting a 4-year-old child.
According to the child’s parents, their son was molested by a teacher who was then protested by the school authorities.
After their initial complaint, the teacher was placed on leave while investigations continued.
However, the parents are now agitated that the supposed teacher is back teaching with zero repercussions for her actions.
The parents, Timothy and Corey Booth, revealed what their soon was put through in a Facebook post shared by Corey.
In the lengthy post, she revealed their child returned from school one day in October of 2023 and revealed some disturbing information about his teacher molesting him.
She said they found it difficult to believe what was happening but when their son kept showing signs and revealing more information about what was happening to him, they had to take action and inform the school and law enforcement.
Unfortunately, despite their protests nothing was seriously done other than the teacher being asked to proceed on leave.
Even that punishment did not stick as a year later she is back teaching at Springer Elementary in Rockwall.

The teacher has since been identified as Jamie Palmer, an employee of Rockwall ISD.
A protest has been organized with an organization known as the Texas Coalition for Kids joining in to protest Palmer’s return to teaching.
Meanwhile, Rockwall ISD in a statement said the matter was investigated and Palmer was cleared.
“We want to assure our familities that when these allegations were made in fall 2023, the matter was thoroughly investigated by the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Department and the Rockwall County District Attorney’s Office. The District cooperated fully,” the statement said.
“Ultimately, the matter was ‘No Billed’ by the Rockwall County Grand Jury in Spring 2024, which means that no further action was taken by the District Attorney’s Office,”
Evidently, this outcome is why Rockwall ISD allowed Jamie Palmer back to teaching but parents and concerned citizens are not happy and plan to get her kicked out via protesting.
Nevertheless, despite protests and numerous other forms of dissent from concerned parents in the district, Jamie Palmer remains employed. Many parents are complaining online that when they call the school, the secretary simply hangs up on them.
