Ghanaians in Manchester over the weekend held a vigil in honor of Alberta Obinim, the woman who was stabbed and killed by her own son.
Alberta Obinim, 43, was stabbed by her own son, who also stabbed his father and junior sister.
The latter two survived and are in the hospital fighting for their lives.
Following her passing, the Ghanaian community in Manchester got together to grieve and mourn her.
A vigil was held this weekend where she was remembered for her life and deeds.

Meanwhile, the son who was arrested for the stabbing been placed under the detention of mental health professionals, according to Greater Manchester Police.
