Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the NPP’s Vice Presidential candidate, didn’t hold back when he took a jab at the NDC’s grand plan for a 24-hour economy.

In a video making rounds online, NAPO sarcastically pointed out the absurdity of the idea, saying, “There is no country in the world that operates 24 hours; even God, who created the world, rests at night.”

The NDC’s proposal, however, envisions businesses running non-stop in a three-shift system to boost productivity and create well-paying jobs. But NAPO isn’t convinced. “No country in the world operates 24 hours,” he said.
