A hot air balloon has crashed in Texas and officials say it appears none of the 16 passengers survived the crash.
According to US aviation officials, 16 people were on board the balloon which came down near Lockhart, south of the city of Austin.
A statement by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said the balloon came down in a field at about 07:40 (12:40 GMT), reports the BBC.
A Fox News reporter from Lockart at the scene says contact was lost with the balloon about half an hour into a scheduled one-hour flight.
Editor- in- Chief of the New Crusading Guide Newspaper, Kwaku Baako Jnr has in agreement with the NDC stated that the Supreme court’s 4 months prison sentence of the infamous Montie 3 is too HARSH.
Commenting on sentence on Joy FM’s News analysis show, News File earlier today, Kwaku Baako Jnr stated that other punitive measures would have been reasonable—adding that the 4 months is too harsh.
He said; “I’m a conscientious objector when it comes to the imposition of custodial sentences on people who have committed contempt of court. If you ask me whether four months is too harsh, I will yes. I’m being very consistent; I’ve read a lot that they could have been given three years, one month…four months, I’m against it. We’ve all said that there is range of sanctions still available that could be applied, a fine, bond of good behavior or a combination.”
So far, several Ghanaians have condemn the prison sentence—saying it’s an assault on freedom of speech.

Former Texas A&M and NFL player-Antonio Armstrong and his wife-Dawn Armstrong were shot by their 16-year-old son which left the wife dead and Antonio hospitalized.

Ghana has a struggling power sector—in fact, I am currently writing this piece on the last left 20 minutes battery life of my laptop because my electricity has been off since last night.
Yet, this same Ghana that cannot reliably provide electricity for its citizens is to help Liberia with technical know-how in its power sector.
