Aljazeera Report: ‘Nana Akufo-Addo Caught Up in Plagiarism Row’–Read What the Global News Media Wrote

Aljazeera seems to have ignored the beauty of President Nana Akufo Addo’s inauguration which took place yesterday in Accra–to zoom in on the aftermath plagiarism controversy.

Of course, no matter how true this report is, it will upset some Ghanaians–for the fact that the international media outlet seems to have ignored everything pleasant that happened yesterday but has found space for the unfortunate incident of plagiarism.

From the Volta Region of Ghana, Tina Destiny claims to be a Ghanaian actress and musician—seeking for a breakthrough on the back of the above photos.
Interestingly, when Tina started a few years ago, she was a decent ordinary girl–innocent as they come.
Apart from a few online publications on Tina, we are unable to find any substantive acting or musical work that backs her aspirations and yet she has several racy photos all over the internet.
It’s painful as a woman when I come across Africans pushing nakedness ahead of whatever talent or decent dreams they have.
Of course sex sells but should it be sold that cheaply?

It’s been over 24 hours of conversation involving Jasmine Baroudi’s ‘Husband’-Williams Ofori Atta whose nude photos which he sent to a Ghanaian girl leaked–and was reported by GhanaCelebrities.Com.
Since the publication, Williams Ofori Atta has come out to admit being ‘stupid’ at the time–adding that, he set those photos while flirting with a certain woman a while ago.
Williams said the photos are not recent and that they were taken way before he even got really involved with Jasmine, with whom he now has a baby girl.
Now, a GhanaCelebrities.Com reader who claims Williams Ofori Atta took advantage of her, disgraced her and even recorded their sex sessions which he later showed to a bunch of Spintex friends says, Williams is being well served by KARMA.

Ghanaian musician-Kwaw Kese is reported to have stated that he will vote for NPP’s Nana Akufo Addo in the upcoming election.
This also means we may be seeing Kwaw on an NPP campaign stage–performing to a crowd sometimes soon.
Earlier today, GhanaCelebrities.Com reported that Wisa has also join the NPP campaign–and even performed at the La Dadekotopon constituency on the party’s campaign trail.

Bishop Angel Daniel Obinim is still on the rise and solving certain difficult problems of his church members–at least this is what his members claim.
Obinim is synonymous to miracles: everywhere he shows his head, God descends down there to fix problems, including the performance of complex surgeries.
According to a female church member of God’s Way International Church as reported by another member on Facebook, Bishop Obinim appeared in her dream as an angel and performed a surgery on her–which ended her many years of bed wetting embarrassment.

Two people normally agree to be in a relationship–and this ground is mostly reached after many conversations and sometimes dates.
It’s reasonable that people who get into relationships have a dream of being in there forever and as such may work hard to ensure that things work out.
Unfortunately, it does not work all the time–even enviable relationships come crashing the floor.
Just as two decided after several evaluations to get into a relationship, the same should happen if the relationship must end. At least, there must be a conversation and a closure.

President John Dramani Mahama has erected a magnificent modern market edifice at Cape Coast, giving the famous Kotokuraba Market a deserving facelift.
Anyone who knows Cape Coast and has visited Kotokuraba would attest to the chaos and disorderliness of the now existing market–this is what this new structure, equipped with even sanitary facilities is about to change.
The soon to be completed market complex has shops, banks, hospitals, schools, a huge car park, an office block, restaurants, a fire department, offices, a drainage system and a spacious walkways for free movement of sellers and buyers.
That’s beautiful–and it will surely go into the legacy book of Ghana, as having been constructed by John Dramani Mahama and his NDC.

Kumawood actor-Lil Win, real name Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin says he has featured in 300 Ghanaian movies for free—we mean pro bono.
In total, Nkansah has featured in about 500 movies but he says he was not paid a dime for about300 of such movies.
He told Kwame Adinkra on Abusua Nkomo that: “I have never received up to GH¢10,000 for featuring in the movie, never! Kwame I would have been fabulously rich if producers were paying that much. Some of the producers don’t even pay. A lot of them still owe us….. as we speak some of them are yet to settle their indebtedness.”

Pop-star Mariah Carey, 46, has opened up about her ex-husband, Nick Cannon, her kids and “abusive” experience on American Idol.
Wearing a black fishnet stockings and black lace dress, she spoke to journalists gathered at the Beverly Hilton ballroom at the Television Critics Association’s summer press tour Wednesday about her upcoming E! docuseries Mariah’s World.
Mariah said her 5-year-old twins with ex-husband Nick Cannon will appear sparingly in her upcoming E! docuseries.
She said: “Here’s the thing, they could have their own show because that’s how funny they are. I just have to figure it out – with Nick – how much they’re in the show. They’re in my life. We’ll see. I think it should be sparring.”
About whether Nick will be in the show or not, she said; “I can’t speak for [him]. He’s his own person. He’s cool about coming around the show.”

Though domestic violence may seem like one sided coin when we quickly think about it, in reality, some women are also abusing and beating the hell out of their men.
Domestic violence in any form or way, either from the man or from the woman is unacceptable. But it’s particularly interesting and a little weird to count that as much as 2,807 men were beaten by their wives in 2015 alone in Ghana.
And these are those who made official reports—with many more expected not to have come out because of what society would think of them.

This is even contradicts the Bible, yet a man who claims to speaking for God is spewing it out.
A cheating partner is mostly incapable of making the other party happy—or literally cheating because he or she is not contend with whatever is being served. And when a relationship lacks faithfulness, it’s toxic—mostly unrepairable.
Reasonably, a walk away is ideal.
