I couldn’t keep my own promise of going to produce at least one video a week for ‘The Run Up Show’ but I have managed to record this today—looking at the trending issue; the abduction, kidnapping, gang-raping of YFM’s Presenter-Ms Ada and the staging of these events.

What many Ghanaians found as a shocking incident; for a woman to be kidnapped, gang-raped and her n*ked photos to be taken during the ordeal and then uploaded to her own facebook—has turned out to be a staged event.

And the question is; WTF would a woman do this to herself—with the only plausible deduction being that, she is mentally unstable.

Even if she is mentally unstable, are we going to say the 3 or 4 guys who played part in the staging of the horrible event are also mentally unstable?

All the way from Barcelona, Spain, I take a look at these things in this new episode of ‘The Run Up Show’…

I know I have not recorded the RUN UP SHOW in a long time—and I explain why it’s been this way in this new episode, promising to make a good weekly come back with all the interesting updates and twist to developing stories…

In this episode of the RUNUP SHOW straight from my bedroom, I looked at how serious the Kwaw Kese weed case has become and the fact that his legal team continues to screw up things to his detriment.

I also threw some deserving stones to the fraudulent man of God-Bishop Obinim; and requested that he appears in my dreams to give me some of his lotto numbers to be able to win the Euro millions.

The Naa Ashorkor & Kaaki school drop out issues were mentioned—as well as Mzbel’s grand return to music with a new single.

VALS DAY EDITION: The Split of the Mind | While Women Are Thinking & Talking About Love, Men Are Thinking & Talking About TONGA…

Valentine’s Day does not seem to be going anywhere soon. The commercial success of the day means that, it has come to stay with us—despite several men finding this day unnecessary.

I took an hour out this morning to check out what my friends on Facebook & Twitter had to say about Vals Day—and interestingly, while my female friends were talking and preaching love, the men were talking about TONGA.

One of my friends wrote; “Today, Tonga will suffer paa” and another tweeted, “I will destroy someone’s daughter’s Tonga tonight”. Several of my male friends retweeted an image with the message “Crucify any TONGA which will try to be smart by pouring out blood tonight!

To the majority of my social media men friends, it seems Vals Day is all about the TONGA, with some even calling it the TONGA Day. But the women seem to have a different and soft understanding of Vals Day.

For this edition of the RUN UP SHOW, I sat down with my pal-Rastaman Iplus to look at the meaning of Valentine’s Day in the minds of both men and women—using certain social media comments as the starting point.

And this Rastaman really had a lot to say about how women are using Valentine’s Day to milk the men.

After waking up at 6am and driving for 2 hours to the University this morning, I was told my ‘Freedom of Expression’ seminar had been cancelled—just 15 minutes before the start time…

Though I was pretty disappointed, I decided to grab a cup of Coffee at the University’s Cafeteria and catch up with you guys on the RUN UP SHOW…

Starting with Nadia Buari and Jim Iykes romantic Europe tour, I went on to talk about my recent conversations with Mzbel—-and the fact that she may not be coming back to Music.

Several Jackie Appiah fans have always wanted to know if Jackie intends to have any more kids or not—and based on my recent interview with her, I answered this question.
