The US ambassador to Ghana, Peter Jackson, has said that the US remains committed to help Ghana put in place policies and reforms which would aid in eradicating corruption.

The National Service Personnell Association (NASPA) has handed government a one week ultimatum to pay them their ‘real’ allowances or face a strike action.
The NDC government increased the allowances of the personnell from Ghc 350.00 to Ghc 599 just before they left office, with the decision effective January 2017.

Member of Parliament for North Tongu and former Deputy Minister of Education, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has backed up the claims of bribery raised by Mahama Ayariga against Energy Minister Boakye Agyarko.
Mahama Ayariga claimed last week that the then minister designate Agyarko had paid a bribe of Ghc 3,000 each to minority MP’s to speed through his vetting process.
