Socrate Safo Starved His Workers And Used Them As Prostitutes – Reject His Potential Appointment As Deputy Creative Arts Minister

Socrate Sarfo
Socrate Sarfo

Dear Chris,
Your website has become the number 1 place to place news if it is to have any effect. I chanced upon this campaign on Halifax Addo’s facebook and I was very scared because this is my field. I am a Ghana film crew member. I have written this letter, not with my real name because I am scared of what Socrates will do to me. But I am sure using your platform will save us from this impending doom.

Why I Am Voting for CHANGE Come December 7–By Godfred Yeboah Oppong

nana-addo-npp

I know I will be branded and tagged with one particular political party but personally, I don’t really care. And to set the records straight, I don’t belong to and neither am I affiliated to a particular party. I only vote for the party I believe to have the interest of Ghanaians at heart.

December 7th is just some few days away and people are all over the place talking, debating about one political party or the other and since I am unemployed and happen to have a PC and internet access due to the benevolence of some people, I will also write my piece of mind and hope it will benefit someone.

First of all, I would like commend JM and his NDC for the numerous infrastructural projects. If there’s nothing at all, at least I can be proud of the Cape Coast Kotokoraba Market. And thanks to the sub-standard tarred roads in my town, I can confidently walk about in white shirts. And I must say, the new outlook of the Ridge Hospital is something to behold. He has really done well in terms of these structures being built. And thanks to President Mahama my village witches can’t trace me when I’m in Accra because they’ll be confused to believe they are in Dubai after flying over the Circle interchange.

Sometimes someone’s best isn’t good enough. And I believe such is the case of President Mahama. Thanks to him the cedi is “performing so well” just like my NPP member of Parliament in my constituency. I can’t seem to comprehend the bus branding saga and why he didn’t find any foul play in that deal. Come to think of it, who would have something wrong with a deal that leaves your picture on buses all around the country?? And oh, all the other pictures other than that of my beloved president are those of past presidents.

PHOTOS: Ghana's Controller and Accountant General Department "Forces" Old and Sick Pensioners to Queue Up for Hours for Head Count

Ghanaian pensioners
Ghanaian pensioners

According to a GhanaCelebrities.Com reader-Gilbert Owusu;

These old pensioners been dragged from their homes and some cases their sick beds in Koforidua in order to be verified at an ongoing head count exercise by the CAGD.
Some of the pensioners are said to be showing signs of fatigue as they arrive in taxis or on wheel chairs.

To me, this is very Shameful, Abominable and heartless. Where is this country going to? The hierarchy of SSNIT should bow their heads in shame!!!

What Happened to John Dumelo's So Called Adventure Video Game & Also the Documentary He Claims He Did With the US Woman Who Alleged the Actor Married Her for Papers?

Johnn Dumelo
Johnn Dumelo

Hello Chris-Vincent,
I am an avid reader of your blog and knowing you are to some extent friends with John Dumelo, I have humbly decided to write to you to seek answer to these two important questions.
John Dumelo to me is a liar, a cheat and a man who cunningly takes from women but that’s what I know and others are free to disagree with me.
However, what I believe we can all reasonable evaluate is these two claims the actor made in the media, the first was from an article you wrote yourself after having spoken to him.
Almost a year ago, you published an article titled: “John Dumelo is the New Tarzan Plus Jet Li Put Together | Kicking the Bad Guys & Protecting the Womenand even posted a video of this so called adventure video soon to be launched by John Dumelo. In the article, you stated:

Kofi Ofori Writes: Mensa Otabil is A Kweku Ananse Story Teller Setting Back A Generation of Ghanaians

Mensa Otabil
Mensa Otabil

I am very much appalled by Mensa Otabil’s sermon 13th of March 2016 calling for his congregation to disregard evolution and the Big Bang Theory.
My problem with this is based on two premises; using his influence to misinform and potentially harm a whole generation of up-and-coming scientists (and non-scientists), and also talking about something he has no business delving into, much less render advice.
Mensa Otabil is a very powerful man who by virtue of his position – founder and leader of the International Central Gospel Church [ICGC] – and actions – building one of the very first private universities in Ghana – has earned the right to be trusted and respected by Ghanaians, Christians, other faithfuls and people who adhere to no religions at all.
So it is disheartening to hear him go on this ‘crusade’ against science purely because it conflicts with his religion or his point of view. He has no qualification in the field he chooses to talk about on the day.
In private confines, that is all well and good. But the moment such ‘knowledge’ is thrown out there, it becomes worrying, as he wields enormous influence. And that is part of the bigger problem.

READERS' MAIL: Menaye Donkor Has Also Bleached & This is the Only Evidence You Need

Menaye Donkor
Menaye Donkor

Hello Chris-Vincent,
I am pissed at how you continue to protect Menaye Donkor anytime something comes up that she ought to be mentioned. And as such, I have decided to call you and her out on this one.
I went through your tall list of Ghanaian celebrities who have allegedly bleached and shockingly, Menaye Donkor was missing. In fact, I went through it twice to check if I had skipped her but she was no where to be found.
So I have decided to send you this picture for you to explain to the whole world how she has become so light today, compared to what is obvious in this photo.

Wisa Was Definitely High On Something | I Sat Not Far From the Stage-GC Reader Writes

Dear Chris-Vincent,

Kindly publish this email for me: it’s about the whole Wisa indecent exposure at the Citi Fm’s Decemba2Rememba concert. I attended the said concert with two of my friends and we sat not far from the stage so I witnessed everything live and coloured.

A lot has been said about the incident and I am glad the police are on the case. I hope the law is allowed to take charge and the necessary punishment dished out to him. That way, the next time an artiste has an opportunity to perform, he/she will think twice before acting anyhow.

What I believe has been missing throughout all the discussions and articles is this; what must have pushed or caused Wisa to have behaved the way he did. Because, no normal person would do such a thing.

Disappointed NDC Man in Germany Writes to ‘Incompetent’ President John Mahama | READ HIS LETTER HERE

President John Dramani Mahama
President John Dramani Mahama

Dear Mr President,

My name is …Evans from Ghana and currently reside in Germany. I’m a disappointed NDC member.

For the past few years since our late ex President prof Atta left us, may his soul rest in peace (what an honorable man he was), I have had sleepless night over the way your Government is handling issues of our dear country.

First of all, I commend you for your effort to build this nation through development. I have seen a couple of constructions of schools, roads, hospital and your efforts to put an end to the unprecedented energy crisis.

I highly commend you once again for your efforts in these fields.

Mr president, I have so much worry and my blood pressure keeps shooting up over the unprecedented corruption under your presidency. I think about it every day, but I haven’t been able to understand what’s really happening to our blessed country.

Sir, since you took over the most powerful office of our land, there has been hundreds of corruption under your presidency which is gradually collapsing our country.(Are you sleeping? wake up!!!!!)

Not to mention all but the few that actually shot my blood pressure up, Gyeeda,Wayome ,Brazil money (World Cup), Sada ,Judgement debt (heard of a lot I can’t recount), Kumasi airport renovation, Ghana police recruitment scam, Ameri cash flow deal, Mahama bus branding and a whole lot.

READERS’ Mail: Yvonne Nelson is A Jealous B-tch Who is Just Complaining About ‘Beasts of No Nation’ Because of Ama K. Abebrese

Yvonne Nelson
Yvonne Nelson

Dear Chris,

I hope you are well.

I have read several online reports and your article on the ‘Beasts of No Nation’-Ghana Movie Awards’ brouhaha. And I have decided to add my voice, pointing out what is really going on which most people may be missing.

First of all, what is wrong with Yvonne Nelson? This girl thinks every Ghanaian is cheap and does not yearn for quality movies so we should continue to celebrate the many substandard movies being produced by her and her colleagues?

Can someone ask Yvonne Nelson this for me; if she was a cast in ‘Beasts of No Nation’ instead of Ama K. Abebrese, would she have had the same objection to the movie’s nomination in the 2015 Ghana Movie Awards?

There’s a reason why none of the serious movie makers such as Leila Djansi and Shirley Frimpong Manso do not use her but rather go in for Ama K. Abebrese. There is a reason why big international production houses do not call her phone and run after Ama K. Abebrese and the others.

Yvonne Nelson cannot act: she just enjoys social media hype and also the fact that she was one of the early people to have started in the industry has given her a name she does not deserve to hold on.

READERS’ MAIL: Yvonne Nelson Deserves the FAN ASSAULT | She is So Arrogant & RUDE to her Fans

Yvonne Nelson
Yvonne Nelson

Dear Chris,

I just read with excitement on your blog-GhanaCelebrities.Com that a fan nearly beat the hell out of actress Yvonne Nelson for disrespecting and failing to honour the simple fan courtesy of snapping a picture with him.

I am so glad someone has at least told this b*tch about her rude self and even had the opportunity to push that her big head.

I used to be a fan of Yvonne Nelson but have now unfollowed her on Instagram, twitter and facebook for fake social media love for fans which do not come into play in real life.

It’s embarrassing to talk about how rude this girl treated my friend and I but to make my point, I will let it out.

About a year ago, my friend visited from United States and even though I live not far from Yvonne Nelson’s YN shop, I have never gone there for anything. In fact, I never even thought she will be there so that is why I probably never bothered.

One afternoon, my friend said we should check out Yvonne Nelson’s boutique which I told her about while we were doing nothing, waiting for the night to fall so we can go out.

READERS’ MAIL: Open Letter to Striking Ghanaian Doctors…I Witnessed A Young Man Die From Asthma this Morning | Why Should the Innocent Ghanaian Suffer?

Doctor in Ghana
Doctor in Ghana

Dear Ghanaian Doctors,

I understand the root cause of the indefinite strike is the long-over due salary increases and the inability of government to resolve concerns over service conditions. I comprehend your lament because the requirement in your profession is very consuming but most often we overlook the trust, faith and work output in your services.

It is quite difficult to separate fact from exaggeration during doctors’ strikes due to media hype and the politics played around it. But the fundamental question remains: Should the innocent Ghanaian suffer??

Just this morning, I witnessed a young man die from asthma because there were no doctors present at the time needed. A huge depth of grief filled my heart as the situation could have been avoided but this innocent man is long gone due to our selfish, maligned interest.

Forgive me but I am lost for words in terms of lexicon to surpass the situation and experience I had this morning. How many lives are still being played this moment due to our differential interest?

READERS’ MAIL: At Long Last Father of Mzbel’s Son Found | It’s Castro De Destroyer

Castro De Destroyer
Castro De Destroyer

Dear Chris,

I am very interested in flashing out the father of Mzbel’s son, Aaron so that at least, as you mentioned, the child will be able to comfortably wish him ‘Happy Father’s Day’ when he is of age. Mzbel cannot deny the child this right because of her mess.

Considering what is at stake, I think this should become a national exercise and every Ghanaian must start searching their backyards to see if that man will be found there. We can even ask for a DNA test from all the men in Ghana.

But these Ghanaian celebrities have external clients in Nigeria and other places so I don’t think the above will really help a lot.

I was going to suggest that finding the father of a child is damn easy. Just check the child’s surname and bingo; the father is there.  Here, this is of no use, the surname is no surname.

READERS’ MAIL: Sarkodie & His Team Have Proven to Be LIARS Who Throw Out Unnecessary Hype | From the False Akon Konvict Signing to Ace Hood Scandal

Sarkodie and Ace Hood
Sarkodie and Ace Hood

Dear Chris-Vincent,

When it comes to credibility in dealings, Sarkodie and his team have none left in the minds of Ghanaians and this is as a result of their constant search for some undeserving hype by blowing things out of proportion while lacing these things with LIES.

Do you still remember the Sarkodie and Akon issue?

We were in Ghana here when scores of media outlets including Sarkodie and his management threw dust into our eyes—claiming the artiste had been signed to Akon’s Konvict muzik. In fact, it later turned out to be a big lie as Akon only endorsed Sarkodie—nothing more than that.
