I don’t know how the folks who work at Airtel are able to sleep at night–and I wonder if they tell people they work at Airtel when they meet them.
Because, on social media, everything Airtel Ghana seems to attract insults and complaints–and pathetically, they have a customer service person replying to all the insults and complaints just on Facebook without anything really being done beyond that.
Airtel Ghana has introduced a new promo-“Ampa #Wommerenie” and posted a video of the promo on Facebook. Reasonably, the comments section should be used for discussions about the promo or the video but for Airtel, it’s the usual customer “wahala.”
Almost everyone commenting under the video is complaining or throwing insults in regards to how bad Airtel Ghana is–and how FAKE their promos are.
Under the video, Stephanie Nortey wrote “Awww, I have been using airtel for the part 5 years, anytime I buy airtime without using it they cost all my airtime, even they were doing that to my mum, i dont think if they r stealing me or cheating. So I av decided nt to buy airtime again I only use for bundles.”
