Supreme Court Throws Out Woyome Appeal

The Supreme Court of Ghana has thrown out the case brought by Alfred Agbesi Woyome calling for a decision for him to be orally examined by the Attorney General to be overturned.
Woyome argued that they’re seeking a review of the judge’s ruling granting the application thus the oral examination should be halted until the review’s complete.

The office of the Agbogbomefia of the Asogli State, Togbe Afede XIV, have issued a statement on the Chief’s impending suit against the Ghana Army for building a structure near his residence.
