Most people including friends and family have given up, waiting for Bobbi Kristina to pass on peacefully—but her situation has not stopped a man from suing her.
A man-Russell Eckerman of Marietta has sued Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s only daughter on the grounds that, three days before the tub incident, he was injured in a car crash involving Bobbi.
According to the filed legal documents, obtained by local newspaper Atlanta Journal-Constitution, “Eckerman claims Brown was speeding on 27 January, when she lost control of her own Jeep, which subsequently swerved into oncoming traffic and collided with his Ford Taurus.”
The New York Daily News adds that, police investigators determined Brown’s right rear tyre blew out and that caused the accident—even Bobbi’s condition plus the fact that this looks like pure accident with Bobbi at no fault is not enough to stop this man from getting the cash he wants.
