To our surprise it looks like 2019 is going to be a year of unity contrary to the previous years where there was hatred and bad chemistry between some artists in the Ghanaian music industry.
We all know how Sarkodie and M.anifest have hated each other over the past few years but as we speak the duo are unquenchably smoking their peace pipes. Sarkodie surprised Ghanaians last night, Sunday 23rd December 2018 after he stormed the stage at the Manifestivities 18 Concert held at the Bukom Arena.
Without doubt, I know your perceptions about Rosemond Brown aka Akuapem Poloo could be that she is one of the few Ghanaians who has been making unreasonable comments, doing nonsensical things on social media but trust me she was a different person when she mounted the stage during ‘Iamtic’ concert at the Bukom Boxing Arena last night, 21st December 2018.
The show became one of the best ever Ghanaians have seen and obviously, happiness and laughter couldn’t be found anywhere except in the faces of those who were present at the Bukom Arena.
Hiplife artist Tic, formerly known as Tic Tac, has said the purpose of his upcoming music concert, IamTic Concert which is coming on today at the Bukom Boxing Arena is to inspire and motivate the upcoming artists in their musical journey.
Tic disclosed this during a press conference in Accra to promote the concert.
So yesterday the much hyped, talked about and the most anticipated boxing bout that generated a lot of talk and attention among many Ghanaians happened at the Bukom Boxing Arena. The event was dubbed “The Asamoah Gyan Fight Night 1“.
The main bout or fight of the night was the one that featured Baby Jet Promotions fighter, Emmanuel Gameboy Tagoe and Namibian’s Moses Paullus in which the Ghanaian won by a unanimous decision by all the Judges. The whole event was put together by Asamoah Gyan and his Baby Jet Promotions.
Last night was a victory for Ghanaians as boxer Emmanuel Tagoe the ‘Game Boy’ defeated Argentina’s, Fernando David Saucedo.
The fight which took place at the Bukom boxing arena saw many Ghanaian boxing lovers troop in the arena to catch a glimpse of the fight between Emmanuel Tagoe and Fernando David Saucedo.
Former IBF bantamweight Champion Joseph ‘King-Kong’ Agbeko makes a return to the ring in June as he takes on Kenya’s Nick Otieno.
Otieno, a former world champion himself and currently the WBA Pan African Champion, would square off against Agbeko at the Bukom Boxing Arena.

The President, John Dramani Mahama, has inaugurated a new boxing complex in the heart of the capital, built to improve boxing facilities in the home of Ghana boxing.
The Bukom Boxing Arena is a 7,000 seater Emporium which also hosts adjunct facilities.
