A Dominican singer who claimed Shakira ripped off his song for her 2010 chart topper ‘Loca’ has had his case thrown out of court.
The judge in the case ruled that his entire case was based on a fraudulent claim, thus dismissing the case. He had earlier ruled that Shakira was liable, but new evidence led to his new ruling.
