A member of the Council of State, Nana Kodua Kesse – has called on Ghanaians unhappy with the President’s decision to grant a pardon to the Montie 3 to send the matter to court if they wished.
Nana Kodua Kesse, who is the Oyokohene of New Juaben, was part of the Council’s deliberations which recommended a pardon to the President, who acted based upon that recommendation.
