Radio and Television personality Afia Pokuaa (Vim Lady) has alleged that his colleague, Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong, also known as KABA who’s sudden demise came as a shock to the general public last Saturday, did not die a natural death but rather was killed by someone using Juju. Afia Pokuaa took to her Facebook page on Wednesday and wrote: “Why do we use juju and evil means to kill each other and undermine each other when we came individually?”. Her post has since received mixed reactions from her followers for the simple fact that the photo which accompanied the post did not depict the true mourning state of someone who has lost a loved one. The authenticity of her allegation has also been doubted and questioned with some advising the seasoned journalist to produce only true and verified contents. The loudmouthed journalist even though did not mention the supposed perpetrator of the crime but then concluded with the question; “Why? Did God create anyone for anybody? WHY ARE HUMANS THAT EVIL?”

Vice President of Ghana-Dr Bawumia has stated that President Nana Akufo Addo is a man of his words and the one village one damn project will come on as promised.
He said the reason why it has not started yet is that dams cannot be dug in the rainy season–so they are waiting for the rains to cut.
Speaking on Friday at the Bolgatanga Central Mosque, Dr Bawumia said: “As you are seeing, we are starting the ‘one district-one factory’. After the rains are over, we will start the ‘one village one dam’ because we cannot start digging dams in the rainy season. Nana Akufo-Addo says ‘thank you’. And we are at work to deliver on the promises that he has made.”
According to Ghana’s Vice President-Alhaji Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, Ghana’s former President-John Dramani Mahama has spent US$13.9 million on official residence being constructed for the Vice President on the Switchback road at Cantonments in Accra
Bawumia stated that “he was shocked when it was revealed to him that President John Mahama’s administration awarded the contract for the construction through a non-competitive bidding (sole sourcing), reports GraphicOnline.
Speaking at Good Corporate Governance Initiative forum in Accra on Tuesday, Bawumia said: “Very importantly, we want to ensure the strict enforcement of the public procurement Act, Act 663, it is an Act that in my opinion and in the opinion of many, has really been abused recently, the resort to sole-sourcing of contracts has been more the rule rather than the exception.”
Kofi Adams Campaign Coordinator and National Organizer of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Adams has joined the many NDC spokespersons refuting Dr. Bawumia’s lecture claims on the state of Ghana’s economy, held yesterday at the National Theatre. Speaking at the lecture, Dr. Bawumia, the running mate of NPP’s Nana Akufo Addo said among other things that, President Mahama is “hoodwinking” Ghanaians by citing some supposed achievements, when in fact, he has achieved less, if you evaluate those achievements in relation to the money borrowed for infrastructural projects. “If you compare the total cost of infrastructure expenditure from loans, from taxes, and from grants from 2009 to 2016, it is less than $7 billion; meanwhile, the government has borrowed $39 billion,” he said. He asked: “So where is the rest of the money?” On this particular issue, Kofi Adams is reported to have said it will take a political lying economist like Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to say that government is hoodwinking Ghanaians with its infrastructural development.
The Vice Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr Mahamudu Bawumia’s much talked about lecture is currently taking place at the National Theatre–and before activities kick-started, Kwame A-Plus took the centre stage to perform his now trending political song-Abɛn Bɛ Bom. It was a short and sweet performance–with the crowd jamming and singing along. The musician wanted people to hear the words of his song which is causing political chaos, so he did a lot of free style. Watch the performance below…
